RETURNS and REFUNDS
Please make your choices carefully!
We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
We do NOT offer refunds for wrong size.
Items will be accepted for exchange for different size or a store credit if sent back in original condition and at the buyers expense.
Refunds will only be given for faulty items, once the item has been returned to us (at our expense).
All faulty items must be returned to us within 7 days of customer receiving them and must be unwashed and in the original packaging. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and will immediately notify you on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will immediately initiate a refund via you original payment method.
The refund amount will be the cost of the item ONLY, shipping costs are non-refundable.
You refund should only take a couple of days to clear, depending on your financial institutes policies.
All orders will be shipped within 3 days of your orders completion.
All Australian orders are sent in a TRACKED Australia Post satchel at a flat rate of $10 or $15 for Express postage.
All International orders are sent TRACKED at a flat rate of $25. ** Please note, all customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country are the expense of the customer.**
Shipping costs are NON REFUNDABLE.
While we make all efforts to ensure your items reach you in a timely manner and in perfect condition, BeanieBoo will take no responsibility for LOST, DELAYED, DAMAGED or STOLEN parcels that may occur during the delivery process.
Customers will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking details once shipped.
